DroidShop<\/strong> is the official authorized dealer of XREAL in Vietnam, with products imported directly from the manufacturer.<\/em><\/p>\n

Warranty period is calculated from the purchase date shown on your invoice. The 1-for-1 replacement policy applies only to hardware defects from the manufacturer \u2014 it does not cover damage caused by the user.<\/p>\n

? Warranty Process<\/h2>\n

Step 1 \u2014 Contact support when you encounter an issue<\/strong>
\nReach out to DroidShop via Zalo or Facebook first to describe the problem. Our technical team will assist remotely for software issues. If a hardware defect is confirmed, proceed to the next step.<\/p>\n

Step 2 \u2014 Bring or ship the device to our showroom<\/strong>
\nBring or ship your XREAL glasses along with your purchase invoice (or the phone number used when ordering) to the DroidShop showroom during business hours.<\/p>\n

Step 3 \u2014 Inspection and assessment<\/strong>
\nOur technical team will inspect the device in person and notify you of the result within 24 business hours<\/strong> \u2014 confirming whether it qualifies for warranty coverage and the specific resolution method.<\/p>\n

Step 4 \u2014 Resolution and handover<\/strong>
