Applies to all genuine Rokid Glasses and Rokid AI Style<\/a> smart glasses purchased at DroidShop. DroidShop is the official authorized distributor of Rokid products in Vietnam. This warranty policy follows the standards set by the distributor.<\/em><\/p>\n

? Warranty Policy Update \u2014 Effective April 1, 2026<\/h2>\n

DroidShop applies two different warranty terms depending on when the product was purchased:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Warranty period is calculated from the purchase date shown on your invoice. The 1-for-1 replacement policy applies only to hardware defects from the manufacturer \u2014 it does not cover damage caused by the user.<\/p>\n

? Warranty Process<\/h2>\n

Step 1 \u2014 Contact support when you encounter an issue<\/strong>
\nReach out to DroidShop via Zalo or Facebook first to describe the problem. Our technical team will assist remotely for software issues. If a hardware defect is confirmed, proceed to the next step.<\/p>\n

Step 2 \u2014 Bring or ship the device to our showroom<\/strong>
\nBring or ship your Rokid glasses along with your purchase invoice (or the phone number used when ordering) to the DroidShop showroom during business hours.<\/p>\n

Step 3 \u2014 Inspection and assessment<\/strong>
\nOur technical team will inspect the device in person and notify you of the result within 24 business hours<\/strong> \u2014 confirming whether it qualifies for warranty coverage and the specific resolution method.<\/p>\n

Step 4 \u2014 Resolution and handover<\/strong>
\nDroidShop will notify you via Zalo or phone once the device is ready. Processing times:<\/p>\n
